1. Serious buyers from Mal. & S'pore only

2. All items are NEW & AUTHENTIC. Rest assured that we do not sell imitations. Authentication can be done through the boutiques

3. We scrutinise the items before courier-ing them to you to ensure that they are in fine condition.

Items sold are final -non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

4. First-come-first serve basis

5. Gift boxes, wrapper tissue or dust bags are not provided unless stated

6. Some items can be re-ordered.Please email us if you like an item that is already sold.

7. The colour of the items may vary ; lighter/ darker due to photo lightings.

8. A slight mark/scratch/imperfection on the item may occur during shipping but doesn't mean that the item has been falsely described.

9. " Available now" means the item is here in Mal and can be courier asap. "Pre-order" will take approx. 14 days to arrive from overseas. "Available soon" refers to item is in flight

10. We sell these brands but dont represent them or are affiliated with the brand or company in any way.

11. We cant control manufacturers quality in terms of leather, PVC, stitching, production, etc.

12. We may make humanly error sometimes in the product description. Sorry, no malice intended

13. Many of these brands are now produced in China or other parts of Asia.

Payment Terms

1. Payment is made by bank deposit. The account number is given when booking is confirmed.

2. We accept Paypal + 3.4% Paypal admin charges for purchases RM 500 and above

3. For items available now, full COD can be arranged at the agreed mutual time & place

No back-outs please as we have made time & work hard to meet ...so please be very sure! Thanks

4. For pre-orders or courier delivery, booking deposit is 50% to reserve and holds for 7 days.

5. Deposits are non-refundable

6. Instalments can be arranged. We're sure we can come up with a plan to make our items affordable to many:-)
The item will only be delivered once final instalment is received

7. For instalments, please remit your instalments promptly. We reserve the right to forfeit payments and cancel the sale for slow instalment payments.

8. For S'pore buyers, payment via Paypal is only accepted.

Delivery

1. For items available now, delivery takes 2-3 days. We sent out the same day or the next day after payment is received and wont responsible for late delivery by postal services

2. If insurance is not purchased, shipping/courier is at your own risk during local delivery.

3. A delivery confirmation number(tracking #) will be emailed.
4. For pre-orders, estimated delivery time is 14 days. Some delays may occur during festive seasons or at customs

5. Free shipping items only applies to Pen. Mal. For outside of P. Mal, please email us for a shipping quote.

6. Items are packed with extra care
